Through our workshops, we support teachers in HE to integrate sustainability into their courses by:

Making sense of the UN SDG’s and their implications for different subject areas in dialogue with colleagues and experts
Connecting courses with societal and environmental challenges
Co-creating sustainability education tools and resources
Co-designing socially sustainable ways of teaching that offer sustainable working conditions for teachers in HE
Building community around sustainability goals
We work toward a HE that empowers students to become responsible professionals ready to work towards the sustainability transition by:
Offering students an inclusive sustainability vision
Teaching supportive sustainability framings (e.g. sustainability as business strategy)
Translating SDG’s into actionable areas & increasing students’ ability to take action to build a resilient and green society
Teaching inquisitive, critical thinking
Building moral immune systems, preparing students for the complex, ethical dilemmas they will face in their professional lives
Teaching systems thinking to navigate the complexity of grand sustainability challenges & their interconnectedness
Teaching ways to work toward a cultural shift in various societal sectors where sustainable behaviors and processes are default
