Akvile Mockeviciute is PhD researcher at the department of Management and Organization (SBE) of the VU Amsterdam. Her research concerns feedback at the team and organizational levels. In particular, she aims to conceptualize and develop a tool to measure organizational feedback culture: a culture, where feedback flows freely, is continuously given, sought and valued among employees. Prior to starting her PhD, Akvile has obtained her Bachelor degree in Psychology at the University of Groningen and completed her Research Master in Educational Sciences at Utrecht University. Next to academia Akvile has been involved in projects aimed at fostering inclusivity in higher education context and social innovation.
